THE POSITION

Hotel Nassau Breda has a great opportunity for a Breakfast Associate. Join our dedicated team and help us create exceptional guest experiences in the heart of Breda.

Hotel Nassau is looking for you — someone who is enthusiastic about preparing and presenting breakfast for our guests and who possesses the following qualities:

• Early bird mentality;

  
  

• Experience with basic kitchen techniques;

  
  

• Guest-oriented with an eye for detail;

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparing and maintaining the breakfast buffet;

  
  

• Independently carrying out mise-en-place activities;

  
  

• Checking ingredients for freshness, shelf life, and quality;

  
  

• Preparing and/or passing on orders according to recipes;

  
  

• Receiving and storing delivered goods;

  
  

• Ensuring compliance with HACCP guidelines;

  
  

• Additional tasks may include preparing lunches for meetings and events.
