IHCP is looking for Food & Beverage Crew members to join our Moxy & Residence Inn by Marriott hotel in the iconic Muzentoren, right in the city center of The Hague.

Two brands, one building, 311 rooms, endless energy.
Part of Marriott International, the world’s biggest hospitality company, our hotel opened in August 2022, and now we’re looking for YOU to bring the vibe.

Moxy is all about free-spirited fun: drinks at the bar, games on the table, music in the background and guests connecting naturally. Residence Inn is about longer stays and feeling at home, where guests start their day with breakfast, end it with a cocktail and stay for the conversations in between.

JOB DESCRIPTION

You’re not “just” Food & Beverage.
You’re the cocktail shaker, the smile at breakfast, the bartender, the storyteller; the one who makes guests feel welcome from the very first hello.

In this role, you will:

• Work together with the team to create memorable guest experiences

  
  

• Serve and prepare food & beverages, making recommendations when appropriate

  
  

• Keep your work area clean, organized and compliant with HACCP standards

  
  

• Take care of equipment and surroundings

  
  

• Share local tips, start conversations, play a game and spread good vibes

  
  

• Make every guest feel WELCOME, SEEN and AT HOME

  
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS

You:

• Speak English (Dutch is a plus)

  
  

• Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role

  
  

• Are a self-starter with a passion for hospitality

  
  

• Can work independently and thrive in a team

  
  

• Are young at heart, playful and guest-focused

  
  

• Are looking for a part-time role

  
  

• Can provide two professional references

Two different type of hotels in one building - all part of the biggest hospitality company in the world; Marriott International!

This exciting new hotel with 311 rooms is currently built in the iconic Muzentoren – right in the city centre of The Hague. The two brands that will be respresented in this building are Moxy and Residence INN. We are opening in August of 2022 and are NOW looking for our first team members to come aboard!

Brands

Moxy is all about guests enjoying a free-spirited Instagram worthy place where they can have a drink in our bar or play a game in a playful environment. A great way of meeting new people and enjoying life at best! Self service is the best service, but don't worry, our bar is always open and ‘the crew’ is ready on duty to serve!

Residence INN by Marriott on the other hand is an extended stay brand whereby our guests stay for longer periods of time. It is up to us to make them feel at home with our family of associates! Although their room has all the facilities they need for a longer stay, our associates are always there to help and assist guests in our Residence inn Lounge - the public living and working space. This is also where our Residence INN guests can enjoy their breakfast or a cocktail or have a chat with whoever they meet!
